ABOUT
Chris Scott is a husband and father living in El Dorado County. In 2018, God called him to leave his engineering career and embark on the adventure of shepherding and loving God’s daughters and sons. Chris is currently working on his Master of Divinity and is planning to graduate from Denver Seminary in 2024. He loves being outdoors, tickling his daughters, traveling with his bride, turning wrenches, a good documentary, and chasing after the hearts of God’s people.
MISSION
The men and women who lead El Dorado County face unique challenges and pressures. Their job is often thankless and lonely. The cost for these leaders is high. As the Pastor to El Dorado County, Chris has one mission: to serve and care for the leaders and people of El Dorado County. Through pastoral shepherding and care, Chris is offering the hearts and faith of these spear tips a chance to be sharpened by God. While the Pastor to El Dorado County emphasizes leadership care, Chris seeks to serve the growth of everyone’s connection with Jesus.
